Sober Living for Women in Tulsa, OK

About Hart Recovery

Hart Recovery was born out of a simple—but powerful—truth: Recovery is possible for every woman when she has a safe space, the tools to heal, and the support of other women behind her.

Today, women pursuing recovery from substance use disorder and trauma will find that and more at our sober living in Tulsa. We’re proud to have built a soft landing—a place where women can come after treatment or detox and find structure, support, and real connection as they begin a new life. Our team brings personal and professional experience in recovery and understands the challenges—and beauty—of starting over. We've created a community that reflects that understanding.

Hart Recovery Founder Director

Meet Kelsey

Hart Recovery Founder & Director

Hi, I'm Kelsey Gearhart, and I understand exactly where you are right now.

As the Founder & Director of Hart Recovery for Women, I've dedicated my life to creating the kind of place I wish had existed when I was fighting for my recovery. My journey hasn't been easy; but, it's taught me that with the right support, structure, and community, lasting recovery is within reach.

At 18 years old—in my seventh treatment program!—I made the life-changing decision to embrace recovery. I was tired of the cycle, tired of disappointing myself and the people I loved, and ready to do whatever it took to get better. I received long-term treatment at New Found Life in Long Beach, California, where I finally built the foundation for lasting recovery. Since April 30, 2014, I have remained sober and committed to using my lived experience to help other women navigate their own journeys toward healing.

Today, as a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), I have more than a decade of experience and expertise helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction. I specialize in interventions, crisis support, sober companionship, and relapse prevention, working closely with women and their families to create tailored recovery plans that provide accountability, structure, and emotional support during life's most critical transitions.

But, my credentials aren't what make me passionate about this work—my story is. I know what it feels like to be scared, uncertain, and desperate for a different way of living. I also know what it feels like to find that path out—one day at a time. Here we’ll help you walk that path, surrounded by people who believe in your potential until you can see it for yourself.

More Than Just a Place to Stay

Recovery doesn't end when you walk out of treatment. In fact, for many women, that's when the real work begins. The transition back to everyday life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain. That's where Hart Recovery steps in. We’re not just another dead end; we’re the bridge to the life you're building.

Hart Recovery for Women is structured recovery designed specifically for women transitioning from treatment or detox back into independent living. We understand that women face unique challenges in recovery: from societal pressures and relationship dynamics to trauma histories and family responsibilities. Our sober living program addresses these realities head-on.

Structure That Supports Growth

Early recovery requires structure, but that doesn’t mean it needs to feel punitive or controlling. Our structured sober living environment provides the framework women need to rebuild their lives—while giving them the space to rediscover who they are in recovery. From daily routines and accountability measures to life skills development and community involvement, every element of our program is designed to support your growth.

Real Connection, Real Support

Recovery happens in relationship with others. At Hart Recovery, you’ll build genuine connections with people who understand your journey. Our community is built on mutual support, shared experience—and the understanding that we're all stronger together than we are alone.

Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience. We know recovery from both sides: the clinical side and the deeply personal side. This dual perspective allows us to provide evidence-based support while never losing sight of the human element that makes all the difference.

Life After Treatment: Your Next Chapter Starts Here

The transition from treatment back to everyday life is one of the most critical periods in recovery. It's when the tools you learned get tested, when your resolve gets strengthened, and when you begin to believe that the life you dreamed of in treatment is actually possible.

At Hart Recovery, we provide mentorship, guidance, and the kind of support that helps you navigate the challenges of early recovery with confidence. Whether you're learning to manage triggers, rebuilding relationships, returning to work or school, or simply figuring out who you are without substances, we're here to support every step of your journey. It’s so much more than a sober living. It’s your next chapter in a new life.
